Rosé Wine

The rosé wine presents the appearance of clear pink to reddish color and it is very often characterized by fruity aromas; to test prevail body, aroma and acidity sensations.
Usually the gradation ranges from 10°C to 12°C (50°F to 54°F) and should be consumed at a service temperature between 10°C and 14°C (50°F and 57°F).
It is produced from black grapes.
It is produced by soaking the juice and the skins of black grapes only long enough to take on a pinkish tint, more or less intense depending on the time of maceration, the skins are then removed and the fermentation and winemaking proceed as for white wines.
Rosé wine is usually a sparkling wine.
